Fibras is an empowering program by the feminist NGO "La Morada," designed to connect artisan women and help them transform their weaving skills into sustainable businesses, fostering economic independence.
The logo concept draws inspiration from the word "fibras," meaning fibers, symbolizing the strength and resilience that comes from unity. The design features interwoven threads, organic shapes, and a sense of movement, representing the bonds these women form as they build a community. This dynamic logo embodies the essence of Fibras: women coming together to create something stronger and more impactful.

My personal journey with Fibras
This project was especially meaningful, as it gave me the opportunity to connect with strong, resilient women determined to turn their art into sustainable businesses.
In addition to developing brand visuals, I also led an Introduction to Logotype workshop and served as a mentor to two artisan women. I guided them through the use of digital tools, helping them gain the confidence and independence to grow their brands in a digital space.
Lastly, in collaboration with the La Morada team, we developed the "Libre como tú" ("Free Like You") planner, a flexible, undated planner designed to give users complete control over their time. By allowing people to fill in only the days they need, it avoids blank, unused pages and can last for years. While I contributed to the concept and layout, the beautiful illustrations were created by a talented local illustrator.
